چکیده
Background: Whether gonadotropin-releasing hormone agonist (GnRH-a) pituitary suppression improves clinical outcomes in non-endometriosis patients undergoing frozen embryo transfer remains controversial. The objective of this study is to investigate whether GnRHa combined with replacement treatment (HRT) compared HRT alone can improve the frozen-thawed without endometriosis. Methods: This a retrospective cohort study. involved 2178 (FET) cycles between January 2018 and December 2019, these cycles, 1535 were GnRHa-HRT 643 cycles. primary pregnancy live birth rates. SPSS software (version 23.0, IBM Corp., Chicago, IL, USA) was used for data analysis. Results: Single-factor analysis showed that implantation rates -were higher group than those (p < 0.05). mid-to-late-term miscarriage rate lower human chorionic gonadotropin (HCG) positivity, pregnancy, early abortion, multiple preterm delivery two groups comparable. Multivariate logistic regression = 0.009), there no significant difference 0.103). Conclusions: large-scale revealed women FET may benefit from downregulation due increasing rate.

Pregnancy rate in women with adenomyosis undergoing fresh or frozen embryo transfer cycles following gonadotropin-releasing hormone agonist treatment
OBJECTIVE To determine the preferred regimen for women with adenomyosis undergoing in vitro fertilization (IVF), we compared the IVF outcomes of fresh embryo transfer (ET) cycles with or without gonadotropin-releasing hormone (GnRH) agonist pretreatment and of frozen-thawed embryo transfer (FET) cycles following GnRH agonist treatment. METHODS This retrospective study included 241 IVF cycles ...

متن کاملResurgence of Minimal Stimulation In Vitro Fertilization with A Protocol Consisting of Gonadotropin Releasing Hormone-Agonist Trigger and Vitrified-Thawed Embryo Transfer
Minimal stimulation in vitro fertilization (mini-IVF) consists of a gentle controlled ovarian stimulation that aims to produce a maximum of five to six oocytes. There is a misbelief that mini-IVF severely compromises pregnancy and live birth rates. An appraisal of the literature pertaining to studies on mini-IVF protocols was performed. The advantages of minimal stimulation protocols are report...

متن کاملFrozen-thawed embryo transfer cycles
In order to reduce the chance of multiple pregnancy during in-vitro fertilisation (IVF)– embryo transfer treatment, there is an increasing trend towards transferring a lower number of embryos. Surplus good-quality embryos are then transferred in frozen-thawed embryo transfer (FET) cycles. The first pregnancy after FET was reported in 1983.1 It has been estimated that in IVF programmes in which ...
